In 1978 Mick Freed and Bob Barker established Freed & Baker Concrete Company to meet the needs of the concrete industry in the Texas Hill Country. Since then Freed and Barker Concrete has become a leader in the industry and has expanded from there initial residential construction to offering both commercial and residential. Today we have grown to a size where we are able to employ 16 other team members.

A common goal between the two owners was to provide quality work at a fair price and that still stand as our mission statement today, "Workmanship and management second to none at competitive prices".
